I’ve struggled to find information on how the framework could be used in scenarios where a single user may have access to multiple tenants.

Ideally, upon login the user would not need to specify a tenant. Once credentials are verified the user would be presented the tenants for which they have access to.

Once the user selects a tenant their session would be updated and the framework would work as normal.
