Overview:

In the Quick Win you will learn how to limit the number of users a teant can create using the Feature Provider to define the number of users. You will also learn how to replace the standard IdentityUserAppService with your own custom service so that you can check and validate that the administrator of the teant is not creating more then the users they are allowed too.
